About this file

This document is a Proposer Information and Certification Sheet related to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) issued by the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) for a Road Usage Charge Commercial Account Manager. The purpose of this RFQ is to establish replacement Price Agreements for one or more Commercial Account Managers to provide travel data collection equipment, related services, account management services, and customer support for ODOT's Road Usage Charge program. The RFQ is applicable to the state of Oregon, as well as the local jurisdictions of Marion County and the City of Salem. Proposers must submit their qualifications and certifications by the bid opening date, and if awarded a Price Agreement, agree to perform the scope of work and meet the performance standards set forth in the final negotiated contract.

The Price Agreement resulting from this RFQ will require the successful Proposer(s) to comply with various state contracting requirements, such as not discriminating in employment practices, having a written policy and practice of preventing sexual harassment and discrimination, and maintaining compliance with state laws regarding broadband internet access service. Proposers must also certify that they do not have any conflicts of interest, are not debarred or suspended, and that all information in their Proposal is truthful and accurate.
