Referencing the RFP section B3.2. 'Multi-year FY Funding Increments', templates are given for FY 21 and FY22 to breakout the pricing, accordingly, however given the 600 day duration in the RFP the project would last well into FY23. Please update the section with a template for FY23.
Multi-Year Funding Document referenced in B.3.2. is not required and Offerors do not need to submit. We will fund the total value once determined.
Will the successful bidder be issued an Administrative Notice To Proceed (NTP) in advance of a Construction Notice to Proceed (NTP) in order to prepare and submit the critical submittals? If this is considered, please provide an approximate duration for this administrative time period and confirm that this time will be in advance of the 600-day project duration.
No, an Administrative Notice to Proceed will not be issued in advance of a Construction Notice to Proceed.
We have been advised by the proprietary fire alarm vendor, Siemens, that it could take between 4 to 6 months to prepare the shop drawings for the project for submission. If the average of these proposed durations are used in the anticipated contract schedule, the time needed to perform the onsite work is condensed and could impact the overall completion of the project within the 600 day duration.
