About this file

This is a Request for Information (RFI) document containing eight questions submitted by Kenneth Williams of KORE Logistics regarding a manhole sewer repair project at Base Honolulu. The questions seek clarification on technical specifications, design requirements, permitting, site access, work restrictions, and project acceptance criteria. Several questions relate to material specifications and design requirements for manhole benching and invert channels, which are noted as contractor design responsibilities per the SOW.

The government's responses indicate a project budget range of $25k-$35k, confirm contractor responsibility for design and permitting per paragraph 102.1, and note that staging areas will be available on-site. Work hour restrictions are referenced in paragraph 102.1, and project closeout requirements are detailed in paragraph 101.1 A.4. The RFI references UFGS specifications 33 30 00, 03 30 00, and 03 42 13.00 10 as guidance documents for the contractor's reference.
