I. INTRODUCTION
A. INVITATION
Forty Niners Stadium Management Company, LLC (“Stadium Manager”) is soliciting formal quotations from qualified, licensed firms to perform employment background screening (the “Project”). The selected firm shall provide background screening services for a five-year period with an option to extend for two additional one-year periods.
A detailed Scope of Services is provided in Attachment A.
B. BACKGROUND and PURPOSE
Levi’s® Stadium is located at 4900 Marie P. DeBartolo Way in Santa Clara, California and is the home of the San Francisco 49ers. The stadium opened in 2014 with 1.85 million square feet and a seating capacity of approximately 68,500. Levi’s® Stadium is the Bay Area’s premiere sports and entertainment venue and has generated more than $2 billion for the local economy since opening. It is a multi-purpose facility with flexibility that has allowed it to host a wide range of events – including international soccer, college football, ice hockey, motorsports, concerts, and various civic events – since opening in 2014. The stadium has hosted over 100 large-scale events.
Forty Niners Stadium Management Company LLC (Stadium Manager) operates the stadium 365 days of the year, and the venue hosts NFL games for the San Francisco 49ers as well as public and private non-NFL events year-round. Stadium Manager works in partnership with the Santa Clara Stadium Authority.
Employment background screening is a requirement for all full-time and part-time staff hired by Stadium Manager. The Human Resources Department utilizes SAP SuccessFactors as their Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Candidates apply for jobs within the ATS, and the recruiter sources those candidates through SuccessFactors. Once a candidate has accepted an offer of employment, the background check is initiated through the SuccessFactors HRIS system. Therefore, the ability to integrate with SuccessFactors is a mandatory requirement in the selection of the employment background screening firm.
