About this file

This is a litigation history document for Broward County, Florida's Automated Teller Machine (ATM) Services contract opportunity. The document appears to detail the county's litigation background and any relevant legal disputes that may inform the contract procurement process. While the specific litigation details are not enumerated in the provided excerpt, this file serves as supporting documentation for vendors to understand the county's legal standing and any past disputes related to ATM services or related procurement activities. The contract itself is structured as an open-end procurement for ATM services across various Broward County locations, with submissions required through the BPRO electronic platform by the specified closing date and time.

Vendors submitting responses must provide all documentation electronically through BPRO and obtain a submission receipt, with the county emphasizing that responses received through other means will not be considered. The procurement process allows for a designated question period through BPRO, with the county responding through the platform's messaging section. The county encourages vendors to submit documentation in advance of deadlines and has identified both required and optional submittal items, though all relevant information is considered in the evaluation process. Additionally, the procurement is subject to Office of Economic and Small Business Development (OESBD) requirements, including procurement preferences for Small Business Enterprises (SBE) and County Business Enterprises (CBE).
