About this file

This is a Delivery Schedule document for Federal Prison Camp (FPC) Alderson's subsistence solicitation (15B10126Q00000010). The document outlines delivery and submission requirements for food service products to support the facility's Food Service Department.

Vendors must submit completed quotes in PDF format to Ashley Tabor, Procurement and Property Specialist, at atabor@bop.gov by 8:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time on February 20, 2026. Quotes must remain valid for 30 calendar days from the closing date. All deliveries must occur within 30 days of receipt of order (ARO) and be made between 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM EST, with delivery schedules pre-arranged with the receiving warehouse. Federal holiday deliveries are not accepted. Delivery requirements specify that all items must be palletized, with non-frozen perishable foods maintained at 34°F to 41°F, canned goods above 34°F (unfrozen), and frozen foods at 0°F or below. Certified religious diet items must be clearly marked with the Kosher Symbol on individual packages. Receipt of delivery may be conditional for three days to allow examination and testing, with some items requiring thawing and cooking to verify specification compliance. Items found unacceptable must be picked up by the vendor within two weeks at the vendor's expense, or the warehouse will dispose of them. Non-compliance with delivery schedules or specifications will negatively impact the contractor's past performance record and may result in the vendor being found non-responsible for future requirements.

Delivery and Acceptance Instructions:

• Upon award, the Food Service Warehouse must be contacted prior to delivery to approve or adjust the delivery schedule. Delivery schedules will be strictly enforced.
