About this file

This document appears to be a pricing evaluation template for a federal contract opportunity. The template includes a set of fully burdened hourly labor rates for various labor categories across a base period and two option periods. The labor categories include positions such as Contract Manager, Archaeologist, Biologist, Ecologist, and Regulatory Specialist. The template also includes factors for indirect cost and profit rate to be applied to the labor rates.

The related federal contract opportunity is for "NR and CR Project Support for YTC", which requires a wide variety of wildlife, natural resources, and archaeological tasks on the Yakima Training Center (YTC) for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Seattle District. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) with a base year and two 12-month option years. Anticipated task orders will range from $50,000 to $900,000. A site visit at the YTC is scheduled for August 28, 2024.

PRICE EVALUATION FACTOR
The pricing of each offer will be evaluated by summing all binding labor rates, for each contract year, applying proposed ICF and Profit rates, and then summing those subtotals for each contract year, to derive an Evaluated Price. Pricing will also be analyzed for reasonableness. Unbalanced pricing exists when, despite an acceptable total evaluated price, the price of one or more labor categories or factors is significantly over or understated as indicated by the application of cost or price analysis techniques.
EVALUATED PRICE$423.50
