About this file

This is a Combined Certifications for Contracting document issued by the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, Finance Procurement Department, establishing mandatory contractor certifications required to do business with the municipality. The document outlines three primary certification requirements applicable to vendors based on contract value thresholds. For contracts valued at $1,000 or greater, contractors must certify they are not currently engaged in a boycott of Israel and agree to notify the city if they subsequently decide to boycott Israel. For contracts valued at $25,000 or greater, contractors must certify they do not knowingly employ or contract with illegal immigrants. For contracts valued at $75,000 or greater, contractors must certify they are not currently engaged in and will not engage in a boycott of the Energy, Fossil Fuel, Firearms, or Ammunition Industries for the duration of the contract. All certifications are required pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated sections 25-1-503, 19-11-105, and 25-1-1102, respectively.

This certification form serves as a prerequisite compliance document rather than a bid specification document. Contractors must sign and date the form, providing their vendor name and vendor number if assigned, acknowledging their agreement with the applicable certifications based on their contract value category. The form applies to the related HVAC Equipment procurement opportunity with the City of Little Rock Public Works Department, Building Services Division, which seeks to replace existing HVAC units for the Parks Department. No specific pricing, award dates, contract terms, or renewal options are detailed within this certification document, as it functions solely as a mandatory compliance instrument for vendors seeking to contract with the City of Little Rock.
