About this file
This is a DD Form 1423-1, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), used to specify data deliverables required under a federal contract. The form documents one data item requirement for contract line items 0006, 1006, and 2006 related to Switch Multiplexer Units & CCAs for General Dynamics Mission Systems.
The required data item is a Quality Control Plan (Data Item No. A001) that must be developed and maintained by the contractor to ensure effective quality control procedures are implemented in accordance with the contract's Performance Work Statement (PWS). The plan should address preventing defective services, identifying and preventing non-recurrence of defects, and demonstrating compliance with contract requirements. The contractor must develop quality control procedures addressing areas identified in Technical Exhibit I and obtain the Requiring Office's (DIO) acceptance in writing for any proposed changes to the QC plan. The delivery requirement is one preliminary submission with no subsequent submissions required. Distribution is limited to the Requiring Office (KO) and Contracting Officer Representative (COR), with copies to be submitted electronically to stephanie.a.reisher.civ@army.mil and thomas.c.hall111.civ@army.mil. The price group is NSP (Non-Standard Price) with an estimated total price field left blank on the form. The CDRL was prepared by Stephanie A. Reisher on 9/14/2026 and approved by Thomas C. Hall on 14 SEP 2026.
