About this file
This is a Proposer's General Questionnaire for The University of Texas at Dallas (UTD), a Texas state institution soliciting proposals for transportation services. The questionnaire is part of UTD's formal procurement process and requires proposers to respond to detailed questions across multiple categories. Proposers must submit responses addressing corporate background, experience, qualifications, personnel credentials, service capabilities, references, cost breakdowns, and work plans. The questionnaire specifically identifies two service categories: Charter/Motorcoach Bus Transportation for Athletics and Professional Chauffeured Transportation Services, with vendors permitted to submit proposals for one or both categories. Proposers must demonstrate their ability to service UTD's campus locations, provide emergency coverage capabilities, and deliver similar services to government entities when possible.
The questionnaire requires proposers to disclose comprehensive company information including financial statements, ownership details, litigation history, and potential conflicts of interest with university employees. Proposers must provide minimum three references from customers served within the past five years, summary resumes for key personnel with relevant licenses and certifications, office locations and service capacity details, and emergency response time capabilities. Additionally, proposers must identify any anticipated difficulties in performance, describe their experience with UTD or other University of Texas System campuses, and propose any additional services or benefits beyond those specified in the RFP. The questionnaire does not specify pricing terms, set-asides, funding amounts, or contract duration within this document; those details would be contained in the related RFP materials.
