The contractor must prepare interrogatories documenting deficiencies, draft and final Safety Evaluation Reports submitted for public comment, draft and final radioactive material licenses, special reports as requested, public participation documents with compiled comments and hearing transcripts, and participate in hearings as needed. The procurement is conducted through a qualifications-based selection process, with the highest-ranked vendor selected to negotiate fair and reasonable compensation; if negotiations fail, the state may proceed with the next highest-ranked vendor.
