About this file

This is a Scope of Supply document for the State of Utah Division of Purchasing and State Parks, detailing requirements for an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to procure sleds and sand boards for Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park. The procurement is anticipated to result in multiple contract awards, with the primary contractor being the lowest bidder and the secondary contractor being the second-lowest bidder. The contract term is five years, with the primary contractor holding first right of refusal for orders. If the primary contractor is unavailable or out of stock, the secondary contractor will be contacted to fulfill requests.

The vendor must guarantee pricing for the initial 12-month period of the contract. The methodology for contract awards prioritizes competitive bidding, establishing a tiered vendor structure to ensure continuity of supply and service delivery. No specific item quantities, response dates, due dates, site visits, or bidders' meetings are detailed in the scope document summary provided.
