About this file

This document is an Addendum #1 to a Request for Proposals (RFP #6000000852) issued by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey for expert professional services in market research, customer data analytics, and forecasting analysis. The RFP is for a call-in contract spanning 2022 through 2026, with proposals due by 2:00 P.M. on March 14, 2022. The addendum modifies the original RFP by expanding the acceptable timeframe for firm qualifications, allowing comparable services performed during the last five years instead of just two years, with recognition of potential COVID-19 related limitations on project documentation.

The addendum includes a question-and-answer section, with the Authority noting they cannot predetermine the number of firms that will be awarded agreements under this call-in program. The contact for questions is Ms. Courtney R. Eddington, and the contract appears to be structured as a flexible, on-demand professional services arrangement where firms can be called upon to perform specific market research and analytics tasks as needed during the specified contract period. No specific budget, funding sources, or pricing details are provided in this addendum.

Dear Sir or Madam:

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (the Authority) hereby amends the subject Request for Proposals (RFP), as follows:

• On Page 3, Section III, Letter E. Firm Qualifications and Experience, add the following after the third sentence:

COVID-19.”

The following are questions from Request for Proposals (RFP) recipients. The questions and the corresponding Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (the Authority) answers are provided for your information and use, as appropriate.
