About this file
This is a Procurement Portal Instructions document for the City of Charlotte, North Carolina, providing guidance for vendors submitting proposals to the Boiler, Gas System, Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services contract opportunity. Charlotte Water seeks qualified companies to perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and repair services for boilers and sludge heater equipment at various water treatment plants and wastewater treatment plants throughout Mecklenburg County. All solicitation questions must be submitted electronically through the Vendor Discussions section of the Bonfire procurement portal at https://charlottenc.bonfirehub.com. Vendors must upload and finalize all submissions through the portal prior to the posted project deadline, with the City recommending that vendors allow at least one week before the deadline to complete the submission process to account for upload times and potential technical delays.
