About this file

This is a Non-Collusive Bidding Certification form required for submission with proposals to Erie County Medical Center Corporation (ECMCC) in New York for in-person and written interpretative services. The certification document requires all respondents to attest, under penalty of perjury, that proposal pricing has been independently determined without collusion, consultation, or coordination with other respondents or competitors. Respondents must further certify that quoted prices have not been disclosed to other bidders and that no attempt has been made to induce other parties to submit or withhold proposals for the purpose of restricting competition.

The certification must be signed by an authorized representative and includes a notice referencing New York Penal Law Section 210.45, which establishes that knowingly making false statements in written instruments constitutes a Class A misdemeanor. Respondents affirm their certification under penalty of perjury on the date of submission. This form is a standard compliance document designed to ensure fair competition and prevent bid-rigging in the procurement process for ECMCC's interpretative services contract.
