ADDENDUM NO. 2 IFB 26-29 Murray City Public Works Building Fluid Delivery System

Issue Date: July 16, 2026

This Addendum modifies and becomes part of IFB 26-29. Except as stated below, all terms, conditions, specifications, deadlines, and requirements of the IFB remain unchanged.

1. Clarification Regarding Big-D Construction

Murray City clarifies that Big-D Construction is not automatically prohibited from submitting a bid in response to this IFB because of its role as the City’s General Contractor for the new Public Works Facility.

If Big-D Construction submits a bid, it will be evaluated under the same responsiveness, responsibility, licensing, insurance, bonding, pricing, and qualification requirements as all other Bidders. No preference, waiver, or special consideration will be given to Big-D Construction.

Please sign and attach addendum #2 to your proposal/bid.
