In the event that the demand is made, and no written assurance is given within the time period required, the City may treat this failure as an anticipatory repudiation of the Agreement.

The City Procurement Office will determine whether the requested price increase, or an alternative option, is in the best interest of the City. Advanced 30-day written notification by Contractor is required for any price changes. All price adjustments will be effective on the first day of the month following approval or acceptance by the City Procurement Office. The City shall be the sole judge as to whether any alternate methodology will be accepted.
"Must", "shall", "will”, “minimum", "required" and/or "mandatory" performance/feature statements must be met or if applicable, exceeded by a responsive vendor.
