About this file
This document is an Exhibit A - PM Services Checklist for the City of St. George Fleet, dated 2/11/2025, detailing a comprehensive preventive maintenance (PM) inspection protocol for vehicle servicing. The checklist provides a systematic approach to examining various vehicle components, including brake systems, fluids, tires, suspension, electrical systems, and overall vehicle condition. Technicians are instructed to thoroughly inspect each listed item, with specific directions to alert Fleet management about any components requiring rotation, replacement, or that are out of specification.
The checklist emphasizes detailed documentation and proactive maintenance, requiring technicians to check and report on aspects such as brake fluid levels, tire pressures and wear, suspension components, lighting, battery condition, oil leaks, and internal systems like air conditioning and air filters. There is a clear mandate to document and notify City of St. George Fleet about any repairs needed beyond a standard oil change, ensuring comprehensive vehicle maintenance and potential early detection of mechanical issues that could compromise vehicle safety or performance.
