About this file

This Statement of Qualifications document pertains to Boulder County Parks and Open Space Department (BCPOS) in Colorado and concerns the establishment of a pre-qualified contractor list for fencing installation and repair services. The solicitation seeks to identify qualified contractors capable of performing fencing work across Boulder County Open Space lands in both plains and mountain terrains on a project-by-project basis. The document outlines qualification requirements and evaluation criteria for contractors interested in being added to the pre-qualified list, though specific project timelines, quantities, site visit schedules, and bidder conference details are not detailed in this file.

The qualifications-based selection process focuses on contractor experience, capabilities, and credentials rather than price-based competition at the pre-qualification stage. This approach allows Boulder County to maintain a roster of vetted contractors available for engagement as individual fencing projects arise. Additional details regarding pricing structures, contract terms, funding sources, and specific project scope would be addressed at the individual project level as work is assigned to pre-qualified contractors. Interested parties should reference Boulder County's submittal instructions for application procedures and may direct procurement-related questions to procurement@bouldercounty.gov.
