About this file
This is a Statement of Qualifications Form issued by the City of Lubbock for the Quincy Park Public Improvement District (PID) Stormwater Drainage Improvement Project located at 9002 Rochester Avenue, Lubbock, Texas. The form requests qualifications from firms capable of providing Design, Landscape Architecture, Engineering, or Architecture and Engineering services for stormwater drainage improvements on the southeastern area of the park adjacent to the Quitman Avenue and 91st Street intersection. The initial contract term is six (6) months with one (1) optional six (6) month extension. An Optional Scope of Work Expansion is available for construction management and oversight services, which would add an additional six (6) months to the contract with an optional six (6) months extension, with fees to be negotiated with City Staff.
Respondents must complete the Statement of Qualifications Form by providing firm name, business address, contact information, organization type, principal and associate credentials, five major engagements from the past three years demonstrating similar experience, at least three references from comparable projects (limiting City of Lubbock references to one if possible), and current project team workload information. All information requested is mandatory for consideration in the selection process. Respondents may identify portions of their submittal as trade secrets or confidential commercial or financial information, which will be protected from public disclosure initially but remain subject to determination by the Texas Attorney General or a court of competent jurisdiction under Texas Open Records Act provisions.
