About this file

This is a scorecard document from the State of Alabama, Department of Transportation (ALDOT), evaluating proposals for contract 27TALBWB2. The scorecard reflects final scoring results for what appears to be a competitive solicitation process, with evaluations conducted by a review panel assessing bidder submissions against established criteria. The document outlines the scoring methodology and point allocations used to rank competing proposals, though specific details regarding project scope, quantities, deadlines, site visits, and bidder conferences are not provided within this scorecard itself.

The scorecard details the evaluation framework and final point totals assigned to each bidder response, serving as the basis for contract award determination. The document does not contain information regarding pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent contractors, funding sources, or contract duration. As a scoring summary rather than a complete solicitation document, this scorecard functions as an administrative record of the evaluation process and would typically be accompanied by the original solicitation documents, technical specifications, and contractual terms to provide comprehensive procurement details.
