About this file
This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) from the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) for K-5 Science Instructional Resources and Lab Kits. The solicitation seeks a five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a base period and an option period, each valued between 17,500 and 840,000 units. The procurement covers comprehensive science curriculum resources for kindergarten through fifth grade, including student and teacher resources, consumables, lab kits, professional learning, technical support, and shipping.
The solicitation is set aside for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 513130. Proposals are due by 12:00 PM on January 20, 2026, and must be submitted electronically. The evaluation will use a Best Value Tradeoff process, with Technical Capabilities being the most important factor, followed by Past Performance, and then Price. Offerors must provide detailed technical capabilities demonstrating alignment with DoDEA's College and Career Ready Science Standards, including curriculum resources, assessments, professional learning, and shipping logistics for science instructional materials and lab kits across all five grade levels.
