About this file
This is an Immigration Certification form (Form 3) required by Collier County, Florida's Procurement Services Division for vendor proposals and bids. The form mandates that all vendors must be enrolled in the E-Verify program operated by the Department of Homeland Security in partnership with the Social Security Administration at the time of proposal submission. Acceptable proof of enrollment includes either a copy of the completed E-Verify Company Profile page or a fully executed E-Verify Memorandum of Understanding. Vendors must attest to full compliance with applicable immigration laws, specifically the 1986 Immigration Act and its amendments, as well as Florida Statutes 448.095. Failure to provide the required E-Verify documentation will result in the vendor's submission being deemed non-responsive and ineligible for consideration.
Collier County will not award contracts to vendors who knowingly employ unauthorized alien workers, as this constitutes a violation of 8 U.S.C. Section 1324a(e) of the Immigration and Nationality Act. The county reserves the right to consider employment of unauthorized aliens by any vendor as grounds for unilateral contract termination. The certification must be signed by a duly authorized corporate representative under penalty of perjury, attesting to the accuracy of the information provided. This requirement applies to the Tourism Research Services solicitation, which seeks a qualified firm to conduct research and provide data analytics on tourism advertising and promotional efforts for Collier County, with historically approximately $120,000 in annual expenditures.
