About this file

This is Addendum #1 to an Invitation for Bids issued by the Macon-Bibb County Government Procurement Department for RFP 26-051-LH, Fleet Tracking and Maintenance Services. The County is seeking a comprehensive fleet management software solution to support fleet maintenance management, preventive maintenance scheduling, work order management, asset lifecycle tracking, reporting capabilities, and mobile access for drivers, supervisors, technicians, and executive leadership. This is a new implementation rather than a replacement of an existing system, as Macon-Bibb County does not currently utilize a fleet management software platform. The County anticipates an initial one-year agreement with three automatic one-year renewal options subject to contract terms and annual appropriations. No specific implementation schedule or go-live date has been established at this time.

The County has established an anticipated budget of approximately $45,000 for this procurement. The proposed solution must integrate with the County's existing Esri ArcGIS enterprise GIS platform and Microsoft 365 environment. The selected vendor will receive API documentation, interface specifications, and historical fleet data where applicable during implementation, though no existing fleet management system data requires migration. The County will not provide historical data migration from a predecessor system, as none exists.
