About this file
This is a Description of Intended Single Source Purchase (Form PUR 7776) from the Northwest Florida Water Management District for reservation system maintenance and support of the District's recreational sites. The contract is for maintenance and support of a campsite reservation system that allows the District to pay the vendor directly while providing free reservations to customers. The contract term is for one year, with a posting date of February 6, 2025, and last day for receipt of information of February 27, 2025. The services fall under UNSPSC codes 81112105 (WWW site operation host services) and 83121703 (Internet related services).
The estimated contract value is up to $35,000, with Camplife, Inc. identified as the intended single source vendor. The justification for the single source acquisition states that previous attempts to obtain competitive quotes were unsuccessful, as Camplife, Inc. was the only respondent able to provide the requested services with no cost to the customer. The contract has been approved by key district officials including the Director of Asset Management, Director of Administrative Services, Chief of Staff, and Deputy Executive Director.
