The importance of your opinion cannot be overstated since this survey will measure the present/past performance of each prospective offeror to Engineer, Design, Furnish, Install, and Test (EDFI&T) replacement with a new turn-key Giant Voice System to provide rapidly real-time intelligible voice alert messages, tone alerts, and music for entire coverage areas required at Fairchild AFB, WA.
