About this file
This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) form DD 1423-1 for the Marine Corps Backhoe Loader (BHL) procurement, consisting of multiple data item deliverables under Contract Line Item Number 0009. The CDRL defines the format, content, and delivery requirements for various technical documentation and training materials.
The CDRL includes 15 distinct data items covering technical reviews, engineering data, provisioning documentation, quality assurance, training materials, and meeting documentation. Key deliverables include Technical Review Data Package (TRDP), Product Engineering Design Data, Logistics Product Data, Provisioning Parts List (PPL), Quality Assurance Program Plan (QAPP), training curriculum materials, and meeting minutes. Most items require Distribution Statement D marking and must be submitted via encrypted email or DoD SAFE website. The document specifies detailed submission timelines, review periods, and distribution requirements for each deliverable, with most items requiring approval from MARCORSYSCOM PM CSS/PdM ES. The CDRL emphasizes proper CUI marking requirements and defines specific review cycles and revision processes for the deliverables.
