About this file
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Advanced Quantitative Reasoning (AQR) Instructional Resources issued by the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA). The solicitation seeks a 5-year base contract with one option year for comprehensive educational resources, including student and teacher print/digital materials, professional learning, and technical support. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) award, with an estimated 353 student bundles and 18 teacher bundles to be procured.
The RFQ requires vendors to submit detailed quote packages across four volumes: administrative documentation, technical approach, past performance references, and pricing. Evaluation will be conducted on three factors: technical approach (meeting Performance Work Statement requirements), past performance, and price. Key requirements include alignment with DoDEA's College and Career Readiness Standards, provision of formative and summative assessments, product training, and Section 508 accessibility compliance. The solicitation is set aside for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) concerns, with quotes due by 28 April 2025 at 5:00 PM EST and a potential contract award thereafter.
