About this file
This document is an Attachment B for a state and local government contract opportunity posted on COMMBUYS, the Massachusetts state procurement website. The contract is for the NOCTI (National Occupational Competency Testing Institute) to provide career and technical education (CTE) program testing services. The bidder must specify the CTE program areas for which they can provide testing, the per-test cost, and any fixed administrative expenses. The bidder must also identify potential proctors and confirm their ability to meet various testing logistics and security requirements. The contract requires the bidder to prioritize their own program staff as proctors, but will allow other examiners if needed. The bidder must attest that their site is an approved state CTE program and agree to NOCTI's guidelines and requirements.
The budget section allows the bidder to provide notes on their pricing, and the "Additional Information" section allows the bidder to include any other supporting details. The contract term and renewal options are not specified in this document.
