About this file
This document is a California State Contractor Certification Clauses form (CCC 04/2017) for Solicitation Number 25FS0032, which outlines mandatory compliance requirements for contractors doing business with the State of California. The form requires contractors to certify compliance with various legal and ethical standards, including non-discrimination programs, drug-free workplace regulations, labor standards, and social responsibility guidelines.
Key certification requirements include maintaining a drug-free workplace, adhering to sweatfree code of conduct, complying with Americans with Disabilities Act, avoiding conflicts of interest with current and former state employees, and meeting labor code and workers' compensation requirements. The document also specifies additional compliance areas such as corporate qualifications to do business in California, air and water pollution violation restrictions, and provisions for legal services contracts over $50,000, which mandate pro bono service hours. Contractors must affirm these certifications under penalty of perjury, with potential consequences including contract termination, payment suspension, and ineligibility for future state agreements if violations occur.

Current State Employees (Pub. Contract Code §10410):
