About this file

This document is a Project Manual for the Telluride Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant Lab Remodel, prepared by Eidos Architects, PC located in Greenwood Village, Colorado. The project involves renovating the existing laboratory facilities and reroofing the administrative area at the wastewater treatment plant. The comprehensive project manual, dated September 4, 2025, includes detailed specifications across multiple divisions covering architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. The scope includes laboratory remodeling, new exterior windows in the admin offices, and reroofing of the existing admin area. The project will be constructed under a single prime contract, with the Town of Telluride serving as the owner.

The project manual provides extensive technical specifications for materials, installation requirements, and performance standards across various building systems. The estimated project involves replacing laboratory casework, installing new fume hoods, updating plumbing and electrical systems, and implementing new roofing. While specific budget details are not explicitly stated, the comprehensive nature of the specifications suggests a significant capital investment in modernizing the facility's infrastructure. The specifications indicate a focus on high-performance, durable materials and systems that meet current building codes and professional standards, with particular attention to laboratory-specific requirements such as chemical-resistant surfaces, specialized equipment, and precise installation protocols.
