1. METHOD OF AWARD - BEST EVALUATIVE SCORE BASED ON WRITTEN RESPONSE: It is the intent of the County to award this Solicitation to the Respondent who receives the highest score when the Responses submitted by interested Respondents are reviewed by the County's Response Evaluation Committee. The County reserves the right to conduct negotiations with Respondents and to accept revisions of Responses.

During this negotiation period, the County will not disclose any information derived from Responses submitted, or from discussions with other Respondents. Once an award is made, the Solicitation file and the Responses contained therein are in the public record.
