Question: The RFQ states that Technical Capabilities and Qualifications is an evaluation factor, but doesn’t provide any further info on what is to be provided to show technical capabilities. Is a Technical response explaining the offeror’s processes for accomplishing the work described in the SOW required in the proposal? And if so what is the page limit (if any). That is accurate, no page limit.
