Question/Answer Submittal for 246-22-Q-0033
1. What is the estimated number of full-time employees needed to complete this requirement? Cannot answer that, vendor shall assess that.
2. Is there currently an incumbent providing services. Please provide company name and contract number. McManis, Monsalve & Associates. HHSI246201800026A
3. Does the government intend to define core hours for this contract? Vendor should be available during work hours M-F 8-5.
4. Will the government consider extending the submission due date? At this time there is no consideration of extension.
5. Is it acceptable to submit via email? Yes, to Edson.Yellowfish@ihs.gov if needed.
6. Is this contract covered by the Service Contract Act? No
7. Will the government define labor categories applicable to this requirement? No, contractor’s responsibility.
8. What is the anticipated period of performance? One year plus 4 option years from start date.
9. What is the deliverable schedule? Audits and reports are to be performed quarterly. Trainings should be conducted at bi-annual site visits and as necessary.
10. Can you confirm that auditing services, including review and training can be conducted remotely? There is a requirement to provide on-site reviews and training at least twice a year.
11. Can IHS give any indication on recommended key personnel, or is it the contractors’ responsibility to assess and propose labor categories they deem necessary? It is the contractors’ responsibility.
12. Under the qualifications section, there is mention of contractors including the resumes of the actual reviewers and two current client references. Is there an impression that this will be two current client references from different clients? Two current client references for vendor.
13. There is no mention of what is needed in a proposal response - can IHS provide clarification on what they would like to be included in the proposal response? Provided in solicitation.
14. Is there a page limit on contractor response? No.
15. Would OCAO allow vendors to bid on one portion of the scope of work? No.
16. Does 20% of AR represent volume of accounts or $ volume of the AR? $$$ Volume
17. How will data be made available to contractor? Will contractor have system access to run reports? Yes on both.
18. What is the audit sample size/provider? Current contract performs 10-15 visits per provider.
19. What is the definition of an active provider, hours/week/month etc? If the provider is an active provider and had visits during the quarter being audited, do not want terminated providers audited.
