CLOSING DATE: March 8, 2024 4:00 PM (LOCAL TIME)

1. Q) Can you describe how the panel intends to score the Fee Proposal? Is there a formula they are going to use? We would be better able to structure our fees if we understood how the panel was evaluating them.

A) The evaluation of the fee proposal will be based on 10 points maximum for an average of the hourly rates proposed and the 20 points maximum for the proposed scenario based on the following scenario: Cost points = lowest proposer’s cost/proposer’s cost x maximum available cost points (20).
