About this file
This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for mechanical repairs at Building 54, issued by the Department of the Navy Naval Facilities Engineering Command. The scope of work requires a contractor to replace HVAC Units 1, 3, 4, 5, 7, and 8, with specific instructions to reuse existing hot water coils where possible or replace them with matching new coils. Additional requirements include adjusting ductwork to accommodate new air handlers, replacing refrigerant line sets, and transporting recyclable materials to the TMP Lot for recycling.
The SOW emphasizes that contractors must field verify all quantities, measurements, and dimensions before submitting a quote, with provided data serving as reference only. Special scheduling conditions mandate contacting building occupants to schedule work. The solicitation is limited to Mechanical MACC Contractors listed on the General Requirements cover page, specifically for the ROICC Camp Lejeune area of responsibility. No hazardous materials or environmental concerns were noted in the document.
