About this file
This document is an Appendix 1 Permits file for the Pinellas County FY 2024 Pavement Preservation Package 3 project (Contract No. 23-0833), detailing permit requirements for a roadway improvement initiative. The document indicates that the County will obtain and provide all known Federal and State permits for construction, while the Contractor is responsible for securing additional permits such as dewatering and tree removal permits. At the pre-construction meeting, the Contractor will receive a Pinellas County Habitat Management Permit application, which must be approved by the County before work can commence.
The permit appendix does not specify specific pricing terms or funding sources, but instead focuses on the regulatory compliance necessary for the pavement preservation project. The Contractor will be required to comply with all terms and conditions of the Habitat Management Permit, which can be referenced in the Pinellas County Code of Ordinances, specifically Part III, Land Development Code, Chapter 166, Article II, Division 2. The document provides a web link (http://www.municode.com/Library/FL/Pinellas_County) for contractors to review the detailed permit requirements and conditions.
