SCOPE OF WORK
The Subcontractor shall provide all materials, labor, supervision, equipment, and expertise required to complete the following Work:
▪ Develop and submit for approval a project schedule, which at a minimum contains design, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities. Lead times of all major equipment shall also be provided with this schedule.
▪ Coordinate with Princeton Technical Representative (PTR) to further define required performance parameters for the system. Develop Performance Parameter Summary and submit for review and approval by PPPL prior to specifying the system. Performance Parameter Summary shall define gases/mixtures used, operating pressures, flow rates, estimated usage, purification requirements, storage location and any other system performance requirements defined by the PTR or lab end user.
▪ Specify, furnish, install and commission a fully functional gas delivery and detection system as described in the attached Performance Specification and Concept Drawings as well as the Approved Performance Parameter Summary. Approved Performance Parameter Summary will be the governing document in the development of the project specifications. Provide Gas Delivery System Drawings and Specifications Signed and Sealed by a Licensed Engineer in the State of New Jersey and a commissioning plan for review and approval by PPPL.
▪ Facilitate weekly progress meetings with the PRT to provide progress updates during design, construction, and commissioning.
▪ Provide closeout document package including, but not limited to the following:
as-built construction drawings, operations and maintenance manuals, manufacturer, and installer warranties.
