Bid awards will be determined primarily on lowest price meeting all specifications and requirements, combined with demonstration of vendor ability to complete the project on schedule, product quality, durability, ease of maintenance, warranty comprehensiveness, and aesthetic appropriateness of any substitutions or alternates. All products must be new, undamaged, and available at time of order, with vendors responsible for proper storage, weather and theft protection, daily trash removal at their own expense, and providing two copies of all manufacturer maintenance, warranty information, and cleaning guides in both electronic and hard copy formats.
