Three (3) access control professionals are required for Building 633, 7 days per week/24 hours a day, including Federal Holidays. The requirement for 5AM-4:30PM spans 11.5 hours. 1.2.5 states ”At the top of every hour for 15 minutes, the Access Control Personnel are required to leave their assigned post and ensure that all doors and entryways remain closed and are properly secured, in accordance with the post orders, when not in use by building patrons.” Does this require a minimum of 2 personnel for each post location? Or would the post be unmanned during these times? Can the government please provide some additional information on expectations for coverage?
