About this file

This document is a Second Amendment to Contract No. 20422, executed between the State of Washington's Department of Enterprise Services and Gray Media Productions LLC, a Washington Limited Liability Company. The amendment is dated June 1, 2025, and modifies a previously established contract originally dated March 1, 2024, with a prior amendment on August 1, 2024.

The amendment extends the contract term by thirty-six (36) months, concluding on February 28, 2029, and introduces a new "pay equality provision" mandated by the Washington State Legislature. The contract appears to be for Communication & Marketing Services, with the new provision requiring Gray Media Productions to ensure equal compensation for similarly employed individuals, allowing for differentials based on specific factors such as seniority, merit, production quantity/quality, job-related factors, or regional compensation differences. The amendment also includes provisions for potential contract suspension or termination if the contractor fails to provide satisfactory evidence of compliance with the pay equality requirements.
