Prospective vendors planning to attend the site visit must submit the following information in advance to patrick.brown@bep.gov: vehicle details (make, model, color, and tag number), names of all individuals entering the site, and confirmation of valid government-issued identification. All visitors are required to present a REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or government-issued ID card for security purposes. Due to ongoing construction on the Bureau's grounds, participants must arrange their own parking at nearby garages or street parking locations.
