About this file
This is Addendum 3 to Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 2026-08 issued by the Town of Farragut, Tennessee for the VisitFarragut.org website redesign project. The Town seeks professional services to redesign its website while maintaining consistency with the existing brand palette and logo. The project includes development of an events calendar with syncing capabilities to Google Calendar and iOS Calendar App, allowing users to save events to their personal calendars without requiring SMS notifications or in-person training. Proposals must be submitted in physical form to the Town of Farragut, 2nd Floor, 11408 Municipal Center Dr, Farragut, TN 37934 by the deadline specified in the original RFQ documents, with postmarks and emailed submissions not accepted. The evaluation committee will select a vendor based on qualifications outlined in the RFQ's Criteria and Instructions to Responders sections.
This is a request for qualifications rather than a request for proposals, meaning pricing is not being requested at this time and the vendor will be evaluated solely on qualifications and expertise. Training can be provided via video calls or pre-recorded video tutorials without associated costs included in proposals. The Town currently manages Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns through an existing vendor but lacks direct access to analytics and performance data for those campaigns. All communications regarding the RFP must be directed to Anissa Pratte, Staff Accountant, at apratte@townoffarragut.org, who serves as the sole point of contact for this procurement.

Addendum 3
RFQ No. 2026-08
VisitFarragut.org Website Redesign 06/03/2025
The proposer acknowledges this addendum shall modify and become a part of the original solicitation document. The Proposer further acknowledges that should it be determined at the time of the bid opening that the Proposer has failed to acknowledge receipt of ALL issued addenda; the Proposer’s Bid submission shall be rejected. The Proposer understands that any verbal representation made or assumed to be made during any oral discussion held between Proposer’s representatives and any Town personnel is not binding. Only the information issued in writing and added to the specifications by an official addendum is binding.
Q1. What is the correct address and department should be on the envelope and transmittal letter.
A1. The proposal packet should be mailed to:
Town of Farragut 2nd Floor 11408 Municipal Center Dr Farragut, TN 37934
Proposals are to be received by the Town no later than the date and time indicated the RFQ documents, under Information for Respondents. Proposers assume the risk of the method of delivery. The Town assumes no responsibility for delays caused by any delivery service.
Postmarks will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Emailed proposals will not be accepted. A Proposer’s failure to submit a proposal as required before the deadline may cause the proposal to be disqualified.
Q2. To provide in-person training would require travel expenses. Should those costs be included in our project cost estimate?
A2. In-person training is not required. We are open to training provided via video calls or pre-recorded video tutorials. We are not asking for any costs at this time. This is a request for qualifications. The evaluation committee will be choosing a vendor based on the qualifications outlined under the “Criteria” and “Instructions to Responders” sections of the RFQ instructions.
Q3. Syncing with Google Calendar and iOS Calendar App
The "syncing" of calendars can mean many things. Please elaborate on this expectation.
• Do you mean for users to be able to subscribe to a calendar so that, when Town of Farragut adds events to the calendar on the website, all events appear on their personal calendar?
• Do you expect a website user to see an event on the website, add that event to their personal calendar, and then receive notifications from the website if event details change?
• If you want users to receive notifications from the website, how do you anticipate them receiving the notifications? SMS (text)? In their calendar app? Email? All three? Do you want to provide a way for them to select notification preferences?
A3. Our primary goal for the events calendar is to allow users to save events to their personal calendars. Currently, we do not see a need for SMS messaging for event updates.
Q4. What campaigns have you tried already? What results have you seen already?
A4. Our current SEM campaigns are managed by an existing vendor. At this time, we do not have direct access to analytics or detailed data on the performance of their specific tactics.
All communications regarding this RFP must be submitted via email to the Finance Department representative identified below:
