About this file
This Addendum 1 document, issued October 19, 2026, pertains to the Cabell Library 4th Floor Special Collections Renovation project in Virginia. The addendum modifies the original solicitation (2026-03145) for the renovation of Cabell Library's 4th Floor to expand Special Collections and Archives. The document serves to clarify, modify, or supplement the original contract requirements, terms, and conditions established in the base solicitation documents. Specific modifications, clarifications, or additional requirements introduced by this addendum would typically address items such as scope changes, schedule adjustments, specification clarifications, or revised administrative procedures to guide prospective bidders in their proposal submissions.
The addendum represents an official communication from the contracting authority that all prospective bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of and incorporate into their bid submissions. Bidders must review this addendum in conjunction with all original solicitation documents to ensure their proposals reflect the most current and complete requirements. The specific pricing terms, set-asides, funding sources, and other financial details would be detailed within the addendum's substantive sections, which should be reviewed in full to determine any impacts on proposal preparation and cost estimates.
