About this file
This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency's (NGA) requirements for a task order under the Holmes contract to provide operations, sustainment, and management (OS&M) services for two IT systems: The Globe and GEOINT Search and Retrieval (GSR). The contract has a base period of one year with four one-year option periods and an additional six-month extension, focusing on comprehensive support services including program management, DevOps, software maintenance, content management, and systems engineering.
Key personnel requirements include designated leads for program management, DevOps, software engineering, systems engineering, content management, and information system security management. Performance measures are stringent, requiring 99% system availability, rapid incident response (priority 1 issues detected within 1 hour, priority 2 within 3 hours), timely discrepancy report resolution (24-72 hours depending on priority), and maintaining configuration management accuracy. The contractor must support a phased transition where Globe and GSR IT services will transition independently, with all services to be performed in accordance with the overarching IDIQ Statement of Work (SOW).
