About this file
This document is Addendum Two for the Oregon Department of Forestry's (ODF) Request for Proposals (RFP) for 2025 Forest Tree Seedling Growing Services Price Agreement. The addendum modifies the original solicitation by changing the application due date from April 25, 2025, to April 28, 2025, at 2:30 PM PT. Applicants are required to submit a complete application via email to Burke Mayer at the ODF Procurement Office, including filling out sections 1, 2, and 3 of the proposal and carefully reviewing Sections 4, 5, 6, and 7 regarding RFP process steps, terms, conditions, and specifications.
The addendum maintains the original solicitation's core requirements, allowing for potential revisions of proposals after submission to obtain best offers, in accordance with OAR 137-047-0261(7)(d)(C). Applicants must submit all documents as a single PDF attachment, with the understanding that they must agree to the terms, conditions, and specifications upon submitting their application. The procurement seeks to establish a price agreement for forest tree seedling growing services, with the expectation of selecting multiple contractors to meet the Oregon Department of Forestry's annual seedling requirements.
