The Air Navigation Service Provider (ANSP) Regional Group member data link service providers, satellite communications service providers, airframe operators, avionics manufacturers, and air frame manufacturers are responsible for submitting systems problem reports and performance data. The Regional Groups have a requirement to evaluate, investigate, and recommend the disposition of problems to stakeholders in order that solutions can be formulated.
The ANSP Regional Groups have designated the Contractor as the Central Reporting Agency (CRA) or North Atlantic Data Link Monitoring Agency (NAT DLMA). The Regional Group's member data link service providers, satellite communications service providers, airframe operators, avionics manufacturer’s airframe manufacturers, and ANSPs will submit system problem reports and performance data to the Contractor. The Contractor must be responsible for the evaluation, investigation, and recommendation of the disposition of problems to stakeholders in order that solutions can be formulated.
The Contractor must also analyze and collate performance data, when submitted, in the evaluation and recommendation of disposition of problem reports. The Contractor must support FAA activities as directed by the COR in support of the Regional Group meetings.
