About this file
This is a Notice of Intent to Award Contract issued by Clackamas County's Procurement & Contracting Services for Bid #2025-41, the Aquatic Park Roofing Project. The document indicates that GreenPointe Design & Construction has been identified as the apparent successful bidder for a roofing replacement contract valued at $779,175.00. The notice initiates a seven-calendar day protest period for unsuccessful bidders, during which they may review the procurement file and submit written protests via email to Ryan Rice at rrice@clackamas.us.
The bid award follows a competitive solicitation process for a comprehensive roofing system replacement at the North Clackamas Aquatic Park. While the full project details are not included in this specific document, the accompanying contract opportunity summary suggests the project involves complete removal and replacement of a single-ply roofing system, installation of fall protection anchor points, and must be completed by September 30, 2025. The project includes specific operational constraints, with the aquatic park remaining open during July and August 2025 and closed for operations in September 2025. The total engineer's estimated project budget is $1,250,000.00, significantly higher than the awarded bid amount.
