About this file

This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) Attachment for the Modular Mobile Surveillance System (M2S2) Program, detailing numerous deliverables the contractor must provide to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). The CDRL encompasses 20 distinct deliverable categories across multiple domains including training materials, manuals, technical documentation, configuration management, and security documentation. Key deliverables include operator and maintenance training materials, user and maintenance manuals, system performance reports, configuration baseline reports, engineering change proposals, system security plans, and technical data packages.

The document provides extensive details for each deliverable, specifying submission timelines, format requirements, and content expectations. Electronic submissions are required, with compatibility for Microsoft Office products and Adobe formats. Most deliverables have specific submission windows, such as initial submittals within 30-60 days after contract award or prior to specific milestones, with subsequent revisions typically required within 10-15 days of government comments. The comprehensive CDRL reflects the technical complexity of the M2S2 program and CBP's rigorous documentation and configuration management requirements for this border surveillance system.
