About this file

This document is Addendum No. 1 for the Community Development Renovation project (M-2413C) issued by the City of Enid, Oklahoma, dated January 8, 2024. The addendum modifies the original contract documents by approving several lighting manufacturers (Saylite, Lithonia Lighting, Metalux, and Halo) and introducing an approved bullet-resistant glazing manufacturer (Armortex O.F. 300 Opaque Fiberglass). Additionally, the addendum revises the flooring plans, specifically changing the carpet allocation - Office 3 will no longer receive carpet, while the file room attached to the conference room will now be carpeted.

The addendum includes an acknowledgement form that bidders must complete, warning that failure to acknowledge the addenda may result in bid disqualification. The document emphasizes that only written information added through official addendum is binding, and verbal representations are not considered. The attached architectural drawing (page 3) provides detailed specifications for flooring transitions, wall base, plastic laminate, countertops, stone elements, tile, carpet tile, and paint colors for the renovation project, with specific reference numbers and descriptions for each material type.
